Cancellation

To book your reservation a
1 night deposit is required at the time
of booking, with the final balance due
30 days prior to arrival. If booking
within the 30 days payment in full is
due at the time of booking.

Cancellations made within 91 days or
more are subject to a full refund minus
a $ 25.00 cancellation fee.

Cancellations within 90 prior to arrival
are subject to full forfeiture of payment,
for this reason we highly recommend
you protect your investment with purchasing
traveler’s insurance. For your
convenience, we offer this service through
CSA
Travel Protection.
We accept cash, VISA and MasterCard.
Smoking is not allowed inside your flat.
