3 night minimum stay on all major holidays.
Must be 25 or older to Rent.

Cancellation Policies

  • To book your reservation a 1 night deposit is required at the time of booking, with the final balance due 30 days prior to arrival. If booking within the 30 days payment in full is due at the time of booking.
  • Cancellations made within 91 days or more are subject to a full refund minus a $ 25.00 cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations within 90 prior to arrival are subject to full forfeiture of payment.


We accept cash, VISA and MasterCard.
Smoking is not allowed inside your flat or pier or on the grounds.
