furniture, hand-painted Talavera tile and folkart set a new

our all of our flats are one story, no hauling groceries up
the stairs or waiting for an elevator! The living/dining area

| For many years,
the Balinese Flats, formerly known as the old "Dolphin Lodge"
to locals, sat in disrepair and neglect. Built in the 50's, most of
the charm of "Old Port Aransas" had faded away.
Seeing potential among
ruin, we embarked on a quest to bring this unique building back
to life. We gutted the entire building down to four walls and a
concrete slab and began from there. The result is a harmonious space
that resurrects an existing landmark and provides guests with a
unique and relaxing vacation experience on the Texas Gulf Coast.
